Resting and Relaxing

My feet and legs hurt. You’d think that I’d been dancing the nights away this past weekend, but I wasn’t; in fact, Friday night I wore these cute sandals I found at, of all places, Payless.
No, my pain stems from these:
Yeah, I had to be all “Carrie Bradshaw” and strut around in these babies. See, they look exactly like a pair of Manolo Blahniks, but only cost $80. How could I pass up a deal like that?
Of course, my slipper wearin’ ass isn’t used to prancing around in something like this anymore…*sigh*
But those shoes are HAWT, right?
Anyhoo, so yeah, today is all about laundry and various other household duties, in between these short naps I keep nodding off for.
Well dang, I wish I could wear shoes like those and not fall on my a@#
You know, my feet and legs hurt like hell when I wear those kinds of shoes too.
